Located in Worcester county just 32 miles west of Boston, Harvard is an affluent community that was incorporated in 1732 with nearly 7,000 residents. Noted for having an exceptional school system, Harvard has a unique K-12 public school system that is all centrally located on one campus.

Rural in its landscape. Harvard has continued to preserve its historical and beautiful environment of conservation and open areas through its zoning and additional bylaws. Bare Hill Pond in particular is a 330 acre lake where residents can enjoy swimming, sailing during the summer and cross country skiing and ice skating in winter. Regular town events occur annually including the Fourth of July parade and Apple Blossom Festival which are both hosted on the town common. Extraordinary homes can be also be found throughout the town that are well maintained by its residents.
